- Tap on the notification you wish to reply to. You can identify which notifications are reply-enabled by the "Reply" badge next to the title.
- Tap the 'Click to reply' text field at the bottom of the notification details screen.
- Type your message into the text field and tap the Send icon. Your reply has now been sent.

- Where can I find my reply after I send it? Once you send a reply, the notification and your message become a conversation. You can find this conversation in your My Chat section. Tap "View all chats" to see it in your list alongside your other direct messages and group chats.
- Why can't I reply to a certain notification? The ability to reply is set by the person who sent the notification (e.g., a church administrator). If you do not see a "Reply" badge or a text field at the bottom of a notification, it is a one-way announcement and cannot be replied to.
- How do I know if I have a new notification to reply to? In addition to receiving a push notification on your device, you will see new items in the Notifications area of your app's main menu.
