Reports are intended to show an admin the amount and type of devices that received push notifications.
Monitor the Presend count.
Presend represents the overall amount of devices the system is queuing up to send the notification to.
Review any Failed notifications.
If a notification fails, it will be listed in the report.
Failures often occur because the device ID no longer exists or notifications have been disabled on the user side.
Troubleshooting & FAQs
How long does sending take? It can take 20 minutes or more to complete sending. This is because the system is waiting for all push notifications/devices to go through.
Why is it taking so long? The more devices you are sending to, the longer it will take. The system is waiting on a "thumbs up" (confirmation) from Apple and Google that the send succeeded.
