What does Tithely Pay do?
Tithely Pay allows you to process credit or debit card payments and issue refunds.
Note: Tithely Pay is NOT to be used to accept donations. Please use Tithely Giving for donations. All Tithely Pay transactions will be marked as non-tax-deductible and will not appear in Tax Statements or a donor's transaction history.

What are the fees associated with Tithely Pay?
Fees for transactions are as follows:

When a card is present - 2.6% + $0.10 per transaction
When you use the Tithely Pay Card Reader to swipe, insert a card, tap to pay, or use Apple/Google/Samsung Pay. -
Manually entered card details - 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
Where is Tithely Pay available?
Pay is available on iOS and Android devices within the United States, only for accounts already signed up and with card readers.
Where can I download Tithely Pay?
How do I log in?
For users on the latest version of the Pay App, the "Email + Password" login option has been removed. Admins must now log in using an email verification code.
Enter Email: The user enters their admin email address on the login screen.
Send Code: They tap the "Send Code" button.
Retrieve Code: A verification code is sent to their email inbox.
Verify: The user returns to the app, enters the code, and taps "Verify" to log in.
