Tithely Pay Connects to both BBPOS and the M2 card readers. M2 is the only available card reader for purchase through the Tithely Pay app. If you are using our BBPOS card reader please reference these articles for troubleshooting.
What does Tithely Pay do?
Tithely Pay allows you to process credit or debit card payments and issue refunds.
Pay is NOT to be used to accept donations. Please use Tithely Giving for donations.

How much does Tithely Pay cost?
Tithely Pay is a free Tithely product. All that is required is a Tithely Giving account.
What are the fees associated with Tithely Pay?
Fees for transactions are as follows:

When a card is present - 2.6% + $0.10 per transaction
When you use the Tithely Pay Card Reader to swipe, insert a card, tap to pay, or use Apple/Google/Samsung Pay. -
Manually entered card details - 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
If you would like to order a Tithely Pay Card Reader, you can do so directly through the app. Card Readers are $79 USD. Please Note: The price includes shipping. If you order 5 or more card readers the cost per unit will decrease.

Pay is available on iOS and Android devices within the United States.
