Update #1: Organization Settings

Login to your Tithely account.

Select the Global Settings menu at the bottom right of the screen.

Select My Organization.

Then choose Organization Settings.

Update your organization name.

Save Changes.
Update #2: Locations

Login to your Tithely account.
-
Select the Global Settings menu at the bottom right of the screen.

Select My Organization.
-
Select Locations.
-
Select the location you'd like to update by clicking on it.

Update your organization name.

Save Changes.
Update #3: Statement Settings

Login to your Tithely account.

Select Giving from the left-hand menu.

Select Settings from the Giving menu.

Select Deposit and Statement Settings.

Update your Statement Descriptor.

Save Changes.
Update #4: Donation Emails

Login to your Tithely Admin account.

Select Giving from the left-hand menu.
-
Select Settings from the Giving menu.

Select Donation Emails.
- Note: This will navigate back to a legacy version of Tithely.

Update the 'from' field to your new organization name.

Save Changes.
Update #5: Giving Form & App (Optional)

Login to your Tithely Admin account.

Select Giving from the left-hand menu.

Select Style from the Giving menu.

Update your Giving Form colors to match any brand changes.

Save Changes.
Update #6: Submit Organization Name Change
The Account Owners on your Tithely account needs to email priority@tithe.ly your new EIN paperwork with your new organization name.
Include the following information:
- Clearly state the primary administrator's name and email address.
- Include your new EIN paperwork.
- Let the team know your former organization's name and what it has been updated to.
- Let the team know if any of your other organization information has changed.
