How to Filter Messages

Select Messaging on the left-hand menu

Select Inbox from the Messaging menu

Click the +Filter button.

Select your desired filters and click the Apply button.
You can apply the filters listed below.
Message Type

SMS
-
Email
-
Show Blasts
-
Show Keywords
-
Show Follow Ups
Status

How to Use the Search Function
The search function allows you to search for messages using specific words or names. The feature will search for contact names and messages sent/received.
To search, simply enter a contact name, or keywords that may be included in a message into the search bar.

How to Mass Manage Messages
Using the Mass Manage tools, you can mark messages as read/unread, and archive/un-archive in bulk.

Select Messaging on the left-hand menu

Select Inbox from the Messaging menu

In the Inbox, hover over the contact avatar, click the checkbox to select.

Select specific messages or use the select all check box

Using the actions at the top of the screen, either;

Mark messages as read/unread

Archive/unarchive messages
IMPORTANT: Archiving TIthely Messages archives the entire conversation. All past and future responses between you and the user will not populate in your main Inbox but in your archive. If you are having issues finding a response from an individual please check your archive.
Please Note: Messages cannot be deleted, only archived.

View Automated Follow Up Messages in Your Messaging Inbox
When an automated email or text is sent to a recipient, that message will be linked in your inbox.
When you select that link, you will be taken to the specific message in the Follow Up sequence.
When Messages Fail to Send
Rarely an email or text will fail to send. This will usually be due to the carrier. Tithely Messaging will display the reason for the failed message.
In almost every circumstance of a failed message, if you wait a couple of minutes and try again, the message should go through.
