Ensure all funds are connected to avoid defaulting to the predetermined Default Fund.
  4. Click Connect Donors.
  5. Search for donors and enter their Faith Teams ID.
  6. Click Update Donor Mappings.

Notes

  • Test Transaction: You will see one daily or deposit transaction (based on your sending method) come over as a test to ensure the integration is working.
  • Historical Transactions: If you disconnect and reconnect your integration shortly after connecting, the past 30 days of transaction history will show up in your integration. This is useful for capturing past transactions, but keep this in mind if you prefer not to import historical data.
  • Nightly Sync: The night after connecting your integration, it will send all successful transactions made after the connection time.
