Warning Integration

Key Scenarios:

  1. Incomplete Integration: This appears when the integration setup is partially completed. You can either complete the setup or delete the incomplete integration.
  2. Connect Fund Warning: If a new fund is created, you’ll receive a prompt to connect this fund. You have the option to connect or dismiss it. Emails will also be sent to notify Admins about the new fund creation.
  3. Location Disabled: If a location is disabled due to various reasons, you'll receive a notification to re-enable or dismiss it.

Problem Integration

A 'Problem' integration status is indicated by a red indicator. This status requires your immediate attention and action.

Key Issues:

  • Failed Transactions: When transactions fail to send, you can export these transactions and import them into your integrated system.
  • Important Steps: After manually importing these transactions, it's crucial to mark them as 'imported' in the Integrations Tool to avoid duplicate transaction attempts.
  • System Incidents: In case of a large-scale system incident, you can view the affected transactions but cannot export them. Assistance can be sought from the support team.

Resolving Issues

  1. Export and Import Transactions: For problem integrations, export the failed transactions and manually import them into your system.
  2. Mark as Imported: Ensure to return to the tool and mark each transaction as 'imported' to prevent future duplicates.
  3. Support and Alerts: In case of duplicates or other issues, you will be alerted via email to take the necessary action.
