Integration Functionality
What it does:
- Allows you to send syncs daily (transaction) or by deposit.
- Looks back 32 days for each sync, but only sends the most recent transaction or deposit upon setting up your integration (depending on your setup).
- Looks back 90 days for all refunds.
- Sends Pledge transactions without pledge details.
- Sends Admin Batch Giving transactions if you set up the integration by Daily (transaction).
- Creates a new user in Rock RMS if one doesn't already exist.
What it doesn't do:
- Doesn't send Event or Pay transactions.
- Doesn't check for duplicate transactions in Rock RMS.
- Doesn't set the default giving fund in Rock RMS (you must do this yourself).
- Doesn't include pledge details in the Pledge transactions.
- Doesn't modify or remove existing transactions in Rock RMS.
Batch Grouping: Daily or Deposit
When setting up the Tithely integration with Rock RMS, you will be prompted to choose between a daily or deposit schedule for syncing your transactions. The daily option sends a transaction to Rock RMS every day, while the deposit option sends transactions to Rock RMS based on when the funds are deposited.
If your church processes donations daily or multiple times a day, then the daily option would be the best fit for you. If your church processes donations less frequently, such as weekly or biweekly, then the deposit option would be more suitable.
It's important to note that if you plan to use the Admin Batch Giving feature, it's recommended to set up the integration using the daily option.
Consider your church's giving process and frequency when deciding which schedule to use, and don't hesitate to reach out to Tithely support if you have any questions or need further guidance.

- When you've filled out all the required information, simply click Next to continue with the setup process.
- Once you hit next, you will be brought to this page as a final confirmation. Once you have confirmed these settings, click Finish.
This will bring you to your final screen!
Connections / Fund Mapping
To connect your Tithely and Rock RMS accounts, you'll need to map your Tithely funds to your Rock RMS funds.
For example, if you have a Tithely giving fund named Youth Missions and want all transactions for that fund to be recorded to the Missions Fund in Rock RMS, you'll need to map them. If you don't map your funds, all gifts pushed into Rock RMS will be recorded to the default fund selected in the Campus Settings. Keep in mind that any changes made to your funds in Tithely or Rock RMS will require you to reconfigure the fund mapping within the integration.
