Set Up Your Messaging Phone Number and Email Address

We'll guide you through setting up your phone number and email address to be used in Tithely Messaging. The phone number and email address you set will send and receive messages from the church.

If you do not have an active Tithely Messaging subscription, you can get signed up by following the instructions in this article. 😃

How to Set Up Your Phone Number and Email Address With Tithely Messaging

1. In your Tithely Dashboard, Select Messaging from the left-hand menu

2. Select Settings from the Messaging menu

3. Add your Messaging Phone Number. To add a Messaging phone number, simply choose an 800 number from the drop-down list.

4. Add your Messaging Email address.

5. Click the Save Changes button. You're ready to start using Messaging! 🎉

Help! I don't have access to the Messaging Settings page.

Let's troubleshoot this together!

1. Are you the Account Owner, or have you been given Secondary Admin Messaging Access? If no, please contact your church's Account Owner for the Tithely account to get access.

2. Does your church have a Tithely Messaging subscription? If no, your church's primary administrator for the Tithely account will need to sign up for Messaging before you can update your settings. They can get signed up by following the instructions in this article. 😃
