Tithely's Subscription Refund Policy
As a monthly subscription-based software platform, our policy is as follows:
- Tithely does not provide refunds for monthly subscription charges once the invoice has been successfully processed.
This means that when a charge for a monthly subscription is processed:
- You retain full access to the associated Tithely product(s) for the entire upcoming monthly billing cycle you have paid for.
- The charge covers the cost of maintaining, developing, and supporting the software for that paid term.
How to Prevent Future Charges
If you have decided that a Tithely product no longer meets your needs, you must cancel the service before your next scheduled renewal date.
- Navigate to your account's billing or subscription settings.

- Confirm your cancellation. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle and can continue using the product until the end of your current paid month.
