Keeping track of your subscriptions and billing details in Tithely is straightforward. If you are experiencing billing issues or have questions about your subscriptions follow the steps below to review your billing. Please note that you will need to be an Account Owner or Admin to complete the following steps.
Review Billing In Tithely:
- Log into Tithely as an Account Owner or Admin.
- Select Global Settings.
Note: This is the person icon. - Select Billing.
- On this screen, you can toggle between your Invoices or Subscriptions.
- In the Subscriptions tab you can cancel individual subscriptions as well as view applied discounts to your plan.
