How to Restore Your Canceled Breeze Subscription in Tithely Billing

At times, you may decide to cancel your Breeze subscription, only to realize you need to access it again. We understand that decisions can change, which is why we offer a straightforward option to restore your canceled subscription directly through Tithely Billing. Here’s how you can quickly reinstate your access to Breeze up until your next billing cycle.

Restoring Your Subscription:

  1. Log into your Tithely account and navigate to Global Settings > Billing > Subscriptions. 
  2. In the Billing section, find the Breeze subscription that you previously canceled. You will see an option to restore it if you are within the allowed timeframe (up until the next billing cycle).
  3. Click on the ‘Restore’ option next to your canceled Breeze subscription. This action will initiate the process to reactivate your access to Breeze.
    Please note that restoring your subscription can take up to 5 minutes to process. During this time, the system reactivates your account and reinstates full access to Breeze.
  4. After a few minutes, log out of Tithely and then log back in to check if your Breeze subscription has been successfully restored. You should be able to access Breeze as you did before the cancellation.
