This article is for Church admins looking to cancel their accounts. Tithely Account Owners can cancel their service by following a mandatory five-step process that involves exporting data, downgrading subscriptions, and terminating recurring donations before submitting a final form. It is essential to export all necessary information prior to this step, as Elvanto data is permanently deleted 30 days after cancellation, though Giving data is retained for legal and compliance purposes. While most access is revoked, users may still log in to view historical transaction records to satisfy financial auditing requirements.
Here at Tithely, our first priority is the success of our churches! We realize that meeting the increasing needs of churches and organizations is a big challenge; consequently, there will be moments when Tithely doesn't fully meet all of those needs. While we're sad to see you go, we understand that circumstances change, and you may need to discontinue your account. Whether you're transitioning to a different platform or taking a break, we're here to assist you every step of the way.
Looking To Downgrade But Not Cancel Your Account?
If you want to keep your subscription to some products and not others, you can downgrade to the products you only want instead of canceling your whole account.

My account has been cancelled, but can I still log in?
