Edit Your Tithely Donor 'My Account' (App)

This article guides church donors on managing their "My Account" area within the Tithely Giving App, focusing on keeping their information current and accurate. It details how to update personal profiles, including profile images and names, as well as essential contact details like email and phone numbers. Edit Account Details in The Donor App

1. Log In to your Tithely Giving App.
2. Select Menu ().
3. Select My Account.
4. Select the Edit Pencil or Edit to make changes.
5. Start editing your profile:
   1. Profile Image:
      1. Tap the Profile Image circle (this may be your initials only).
      2. Select:
         • Photo Library
         • Take Photo
         • Choose File
      3. Select your Photo
      4. Select Done
   2. Edit Name:
      • Select the Pencil Icon next to your name.
      • Enter your First Name
      • Enter your Last Name
      • Select Save.
   3. Change Password:
      • Enter Current Password
      • Enter New Password
      • Confirm New Password
   4. Edit Email:
      • Select Edit
      • Enter Current Password
      • Enter New Email
      • Select Save Changes
   5. Change Login Phone Number:
      • Select Yes, Update Login Phone Number
      • Enter New Phone Number
      • Select Confirm & Verify
   6. Change 4-Digits PIN:
      • Enter Current Password
      • Enter New 4-Digit PIN
      • Confirm 4-Digit PIN
      • Select Update 4-Digit PIN
