It details the process of modifying various account aspects, including profile images, names, and critical login credentials like passwords, email addresses, and phone numbers. Edit Account Details on Desktop
- Log In to your donor account and select your Profile Icon. Note: This will be the avatar in the top right of your screen.
- Select View Profile.
- Select the Edit Pencil or Edit to make changes.
- Start editing your profile:

Profile Image:
- Tap the Profile Image circle (this may be your initials only).
- Select:
- Photo Library
- Take Photo
- Choose File
- Select your Photo
- Select Done
- Edit Name:
- Select the Pencil Icon next to your name.
- Enter your First Name
- Enter your Last Name
- Select Save.

Change Password:
- Enter Current Password
- Enter New Password
- Confirm New Password
- Edit Email:
- Select Edit
- Enter Current Password
- Enter New Email
- Select Save Changes

Change Login Phone Number:
- Select Yes, Update Login Phone Number
- Enter New Phone Number
- Select Confirm & Verify

Change 4-Digits PIN:
- Enter Current Password
- Enter New 4-Digit PIN
- Confirm 4-Digit PIN
- Select Update 4-Digit PIN
