Admins now have enhanced control over the content and branding of donation-related emails sent from Tithely Unified. You can customize donation receipt subject lines, body text, signatures, and support email addresses—all from the Giving settings.
Follow the steps below to manage your email settings:
Access Email Settings

Log in to your Tithely Unified account.

Navigate to the Giving product.

Click Settings in the left-hand menu.

Select Donation Emails.
Customize Email Content
In the Donation Emails settings, you can edit the following:

Subject Line: Change the subject line that donors see when they receive a receipt.
Example: “You gave! So thankful.” -
Email Body Text: Personalize the message that appears in the body of the receipt.

Signature: Add a custom sign-off to the bottom of the receipt.
Edit the Support Email Address

By default, the support email is set to the Account Owner’s email address.
- Why? This ensures that donors receive help directly from your church—someone who knows your community, your events, and your giving setup best.

To customize this:

Uncheck the box that says “Use default support email.”

Enter your desired email address.

Note: A few system emails will still display support from Tithely, but most outgoing emails will now reflect your custom email address.
Hide App Store Badges (Optional)
All donation receipts include app store links by default (either to the Tithely Giving App or your custom Church App).

To remove these download badges:

Uncheck the Show App Store Badges option in the email settings.

This will prevent the iOS and Android store icons from appearing in your emails.

Save Your Changes

Once you’ve made your updates, click the Save button at the bottom of the page.

Changes will apply only to future emails and are not retroactive.
