User Permissions needed to access Billing and Subscriptions
Account Owner and Admins can manage billing and view invoices, Limited Access users will not have access to Billing. If you have additional questions, please reference this article.
Our Billing and Subscription area is currently undergoing exciting updates. As a result, you may notice some changes to the interface and functionality. Our team is working diligently to improve your experience and ensure a smoother, more user-friendly process for managing your subscriptions and invoices. We appreciate your understanding during this transition period.
How to View Invoices
- Select the Global Settings button.
Note: This is the person icon at the bottom of the navigation menu.
- Select Billing.
- Select the grey download icon next to the invoice you want to view.
Note: This will open a PDF in your browser. You can view and download to your computer from here.
You can view a list of Invoices for Messaging, Check Scanning, and Background Checks from within Invoices. Invoices can be filtered by Date, Subscription Type, Payment Method, Amount, and Status. Invoices can also be downloaded using the button on the right side of each invoice.
