Invoices can be viewed from your Tithely Dashboard. Note that if you have subscriptions through our 1.0 Dashboard, you may need to view them within our 1.0 Dashboard which is described at the end of this document.
User Permissions needed to access Billing and Subscriptions
Account Owner and Admins can manage billing and view invoices, Limited Access users will not have access to Billing. If you have additional questions, please reference this article.
How to View Invoices
- Click the Global Settings button in the bottom-left corner of the screen, which is accessible from anywhere on the Tithely dashboard.
- Next, click Billing and you will be taken into the Invoices section:
From within Invoices, you can view a list of Invoices for Messaging, Check Scanning, and Background Checks. Invoices can be filtered by Date, Subscription Type, Payment Method, Amount, and Status. Invoices can also be downloaded using the button on the right side of each invoice.
View Invoices for Church Apps or All Access
If you need to view invoices for a subscription that was set up in 1.0, like Church Apps or All Access, then you can do so by selecting Back to 1.0 Invoices at the tip of the Invoices section:
