Resetting Your Tithely Donor Account PIN and Password

Can't Log in? Forgot your password? Are you looking to update, change, or reset your password?

It happens to everyone! Forgetting your PIN or needing to reset your password can be a momentary setback, but don't worry, we've got you covered. Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible, so you can quickly regain access to your Tithely account. Resetting Your Tithely Password

1. Click on Forgot Password while viewing the Log in page.

2. Enter your email into the field and click on the Reset Password button.

3. You will receive an email shortly after with a one-time login URL. Click on that link from within your email and follow the instructions on the screen to reset your password.

Resetting Your Account PIN

1. Login to your Tithely account. If you need to reset your password first, follow the instructions above. 
2. Depending on whether you are accessing your account on a desktop or mobile device, select the Menu option or My Profile. 
3. Under the Security section, select Change Pin. 
4. Your Core Information will be displayed, click the option to Change 4-Digit PIN.
5. Enter your password, and then enter and confirm your new 4-digit PIN. 
6. Click Update 4-Digit PIN.
