As a user, you are able to update your own information directly from your church's custom church app! In this article, we will go over how to access your user information, update your information, and add or update your profile photo.
User profiles are linked to your Tithe.ly People account. A user profile includes:
- Core Info: Name, Email, Phone plus Profile Photo
- Church Info: Preferred service time
- Personal Info: Age, Address, Marital Status, Gender
- Profile Photo
How to Access an Account

Launch your Church App on a mobile device.

Tap the hamburger menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left of the screen.
Note: If it is the first time logging in since the update, the user will see Connect Your Tithely Account. This only will happen once, and it will link across all devices. -
Tap Login.

Enter in Email Address and Password
Note: After the accounts are connected, the user will log in by typing in the username and password. -
Tap the hamburger menu icon (three lines at the top left).

Tap Account.
Updating or Adding Your Profile Photo
- Tap the hamburger menu icon.
- Tap Account.
- Tap the Camera Icon.
- Tap Update.
Note: This will open up your camera roll on your mobile device allowing you to select a photo or take a new photo. - Select your image.
- Use two fingers to adjust the size of the image within the crop area.
- Tap Done.
Update And Edit Account Info
- Tap the hamburger menu icon.
- Tap Account.
- Tap My Details.
- Tap Edit above the section you would like to edit.
- Tap Save when done editing.
