Adding and Editing Discounts on a Tithely Event

Unlock exclusive savings for your event attendees with Tithely's discount code feature. Simplify the process of adding, editing, or deleting promotional offers with a few clicks. Whether you're applying a percentage off or a flat rate, Tithely's intuitive platform supports up to 10 unique discounts per ticket type, enhancing the registration experience. Learn how to manage these discounts efficiently, ensuring your events are more accessible and appealing to your community.

Add or Edit a Discount Code

1. Log into your Tithely admin account

2. Click on Events in the left menu

3. Click View/Edit Event

4. Scroll down to the Discounts section

5. Click Add/Edit Discount

6. Add title, discount code, type (percentage or flat rate), amount, date range (etc.)

7. Click Save

Note: No more than 10 discount codes can be added to a ticket type.

Delete a Discount Code

1. Log into your Tithely admin account

2. Click on Events in the left menu

3. Click View/Edit Event

4. Scroll down to the Discounts section

5. Change Active/Visible to No

6. Click Save.

Your discount has been deleted from the event!
