However, life is unpredictable, and sometimes, attendees may need to back out of an event they had previously committed to. While this can be a challenge for organizers, Tithely makes it smooth and hassle-free. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to quickly and efficiently refund an event ticket using the Tithely platform.
Refund an Event Ticket
- Log into Tithely as an Admin.
Note: You will need to have finance permission and events permission. -
From the dashboard, select Events.

Browse and select Manage Registration for the event your attendee registered for.

On the attendee's registration details, select Manage Transaction & Refunds located on the right.

Click on Refund.

Review the details and confirm the refund.
The refund process is initiated immediately. The amount will be reverted back to the attendee's account within 4-7 business days.
