Managing Ticket Types on a Tithely Event

Whether you're organizing a conference, fundraiser, or workshop, understanding how to tailor ticket options is essential. Follow these simple steps to customize existing ticket types or add new ones effortlessly. From editing to hiding/showing ticket types, we've got you covered. Streamline your event management process and ensure seamless registration experiences for your attendees.

Tithely Tip

Please note that there is a maximum limit of 25 ticket types allowed per event. After reaching this limit, you will not be able to create additional ticket types for that particular event.

Manage Ticket Types

  1. Login into your Tithely Account.
  2. Click Events in the left menu.
  3. Once you've created an event, click on Event Registration
  4. Click on View / Edit Event
  5. Click Event Details on the top bar
  6. Scroll down to the Ticket Type area
  7. Click on Edit


Editing Existing Ticket Types

After changing a ticket type, click Save.

Hiding / Showing Ticket Types

  1. Click on the drop-down under the Active / Visible section and select the option you want
  2. Click Save

Adding New Ticket Types

  1. Scroll down to + Add Another
  2. Fill in the ticket type details 
  3. Click Save

That's it! Managing Ticket Types Is Easy! 

Click on the "Launch Event Registration Form" to check your event registration page. If you see something that needs to be changed, go to your admin tab and click "Edit" on any of the desired sections.
