Tithely Tip
To utilize Tithely Events, please ensure administrators are granted access in both Tithely 1.0 and 2.0. This dual access is required for managing Tithely Events and Admin Batch Giving effectively within the Tithely 1.0 Admin interface. Adding an Admin for Tithely Events or Admin Batch Giving (Tithely 1.0 Admin).
Managing Registrations

Log into your Tithely account.

Click on Events in the left menu.

Click Manage Registrations next to the event you wish to manage.
From here you can filter or search as needed, view the ticket, edit registration details, add attendees, manage transactions and issue refunds, and much more! Just make sure and click Save when you are done managing.
Viewing and Exporting Attendees List

Log into your Tithely account.

Click on Events in the left menu.

Click Attendees List next to the event you wish to view.
Tithely Tip
For the duplicate attendees registered for you event. Select the Attendee List and make the duplicates "Active/Attending" option a No instead of a Yes. By doing this, this will show unique attendees and not duplicates.
From here you can see who all is signed up, if they are active and attending, and export as needed.
Export the Attendee List to a .csv File

Filter the attendee list if you need.
Note: In some cases it may take 24-48 hours for an attendee to appear after registering for an event. -
Click Export

View the downloaded .csv file (excel document) on your computer.
