Enter your new card information and click Add Card.

Note: By default, the newly added payment method will be set as the default payment method. If you unselect the box for setting it as the default payment method, then the newly added card will NOT be used for Billing but can be used in the future.

Once you've changed your subscription level, it's important to note that if you're switching from one paid subscription to another (such as upgrading from Text Giving to Church Management), your first month will be charged at a prorated rate. This means that you'll only be charged for the portion of the month that you're using the new subscription.

For example, if you upgraded from a Text Giving subscription that was billed on the 16th of each month to a Custom App plan on the 5th of the month, you'd be credited for the unused time on your Text Giving subscription (in this case, $6.50), and you'd be charged a prorated amount of $20.19 for the Custom App subscription to cover the period from the 5th to the 16th. On the 16th, you'd be charged for the full month of the Custom App subscription ($59) plus the difference between the prorated charge and the credit ($20.19 - $6.50 = $13.69) for a total of $72.69. After the first month, you'll be charged the full subscription amount for each billing period.

Note that you may see a message that says "Thank you for subscribing" - this message can be ignored unless you intentionally added a new subscription to your Tithely account.
