Before You Begin
- You must be logged in as an Account Owner or Admin to access the Billing section.

- Important: Payment Failure Warning Should your payment method expire or fail to process, our system will automatically retry the charge up to 8 times over the subsequent two weeks. If the payment cannot be secured by the end of this period, your subscription will be canceled.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Login to your Tithely account.
Click the Global Settings button in the bottom-left corner of the screen, which is accessible from anywhere on the Tithely dashboard.
Next, click Billing.
Click the Change Card button at the top right-hand side of the screen in the Payment Method box.
This will open a view of all cards kept on file. The highlighted card is the one currently setup for subscriptions. You can select any card on file for using it for billing:Update the Credit Card on File. On the Payment Method screen, select New Credit Card.
Enter your new card information and click Add Card.
Understanding Prorated Charges (Mid-Cycle Plan Switch)
When you upgrade or downgrade a subscription mid-cycle, Tithely applies proportional charges and credits:
