Where Are the Notifications (SMS/Email) Going to Be Sent To?

When sending notifications to a user through Tithely Messaging, the system uses the contact information listed in the "Messaging" profile fields of their Tithely People account.

If a user has not provided a phone number or email address in those fields, they will not receive SMS or email notifications, respectively. It's important to note that the "Messaging" section is separate from the user's core information, so be sure to check that section specifically if you want to confirm whether a user has provided the necessary contact information for notifications.
