How to Set Pledge Campaign Notification Preferences for Admins

You have the option to receive emails regarding the progress of your pledge campaign. 🎉 If notifications are turned on, we provide you with a snapshot of the analytics that you find in the Dashboard, either daily or weekly, right to your email inbox. To set your campaign notification preferences, follow the steps below.

  1. Login to your Tithely account.

  2. Click Giving on the left-hand side of the menu.

  3. Select Pledge Campaigns from the Giving menu.

  4. Click on the campaign you'd like to set notification preferences for.

  5. Click on Notifications.

  6. Select the drop-down under Notifications for Admins to select the notification frequency you'd like. There are 3 settings to choose from:

    • Send Daily Report Emails to All Admins (This is the default email setting)

    • Send Weekly Report Emails to All Admins

    • Don't Send Report Emails to Admins

    Please Note: The email setting selected will affect all admins with pledge campaign access.

  7. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Save Changes.

How to Set Thank You Messages to Donors

It is important to let donors know your appreciation for their commitment (pledge) to your organization. If you'd prefer to customize the Thank-You Message Your Donor receives after setting up a pledge, this is where you can do that! 

  1. Login to your Tithely account.

  2. Click Giving on the left-hand side of the menu.

  3. Select Pledge Campaigns from the Giving menu.

  4. Click on the campaign you'd like to set notification preferences for.

  5. Click on Notifications.

  6. Customize the thank you message to donors after pledging on the webpage. This is what they will see on the webpage after they have set up a pledge.

  7. If you desire to Enable New Pledge Email toggle to Yes. If you would like to disable the New Pledge Email toggle to no. 
  8. Add a subject line for the thank you email that is sent after someone sets up a pledge
  9. Update the content of the thank you email that is sent after someone sets up a pledge
