How to identify the Pledge Fund & Date Range
- Log into Tithely as an Account Owner, Admin, or Limited User with 2.0 and 1.0 permissions.
- Select Giving (in 2.0, which will automatically load "Transactions")
- Select Pledge Campaigns (on the left-hand menu)
- Click on the Pledge Campaigns you want to add donations to.
- A menu will show on the right, please click on Details.
- Scroll down to where it says Fund to identify the Fund Name.
- Scroll down to where it says Start Date to identify the Start Date.
- Scroll down to where it says End Date to identify the End Date.
Now that you have Fund & Date Range, please use that information to manually add Cash and Checks to the Pledge Campaign via Admin Batch Giving (ABG). If you're not familiar with ABG, please review this article.
Once you've identified the pledge fund and date range and used Admin Batch Giving to add donations, it can take up to 24 hours for donations to reflect on the pledge campaign.
