Overview of Pledge Statuses

We've provided multiple statuses to make it easy to manage and keep track of your campaign. Listed below, along with their descriptions, are the 5 statuses of a Pledge Campaign.

How to Access Pledge Campaign Statuses

  1. Login to your Tithely account.

  2. Select Giving on the left-hand menu.

  3. Select Pledge Campaigns from the Giving menu.

Pledge Campaign Statuses

Timeline Note: When you create or modify a pledge, please allow up to 24 hours for the changes to be reflected in your dashboard. This processing time ensures all pledge statuses are updated and displayed accurately within the system.

  • Draft

When a campaign is outside of a set date range and is toggled OFF, it is considered a Draft. Once the start date is reached, the campaign will remain a Draft since it is toggled OFF.

  • Staged

When a campaign is Staged, it is also outside of a set date range, however, it is toggled ON. Once the start date has been reached, the campaign will automatically be set Live.

  • Disabled

While a campaign is within a specified date range and the toggle is turned OFF, it is considered Disabled and no donations are able to be given.

  • Live

While a campaign is within a set date range and the toggle is turned ON, it is considered Live. During this time, donations can be made.

  • Complete

Once a date range has passed, a campaign is considered Complete. The amount raised has no bearing on this status as it is based on the set date range.
