Adding an Admin for Tithely Events or Admin Batch Giving (Tithely 1.0 Admin)

Accessing Event Registration on Tithely? If you've been granted admin rights but can't find your way, remember Tithely Events, Donation Receipts, and Admin Batch Giving operate on Tithely 1.0. For seamless management, ensure you're added as an admin in both Tithely 2.0 (T-hub) and Tithely 1.0. This guide walks you through the process of accessing and managing Tithely 1.0's exclusive features, from adding administrators to setting permissions, ensuring you leverage all aspects of event registration and batch giving effectively.

 

  1. Log into Tithely as an Admin. 
    Note: You will need to be an Admin not limited user to add another Admin to your account. If you cannot complete these steps please have another Admin on your account add you as an Admin in the 1.0 space. 
  2. Select Giving.
  3. Select Back to Tithe.ly 1.0.
  4. Select Manage Administrators.
  5. Select Add administrator.
  6. Enter the email for the new admin.
  7. Check the relevant permission boxes.
    • Select which campus to allow access to.
    • Check User Can Create And Manage Events.
    • User Can Create And Manage Contacts (Optional)
    • User Can Create And Manage Pledge Campaigns (Optional)
    • User Has Finance Permissions (Optional)
    • User Should Receive Giving Summary Emails (Optional)
    • User Should Receive An Email When A Recurring Gift Fails (Optional)
    • User Should Receive An Email When A Deposit Hits The Organizations Account (Optional)
  8. Select Add
