Tithely ChMS Plan Price Change FAQ

We understand that changes in price need to be communicated clearly, so your church can plan and budget. We hope this information helps answer your questions and provides clarity for your organization. We are so grateful for your continued trust in Tithely to serve you and your church.

When will Tithely's ChMS (Elvanto) pricing be changing?

The price change will take effect on Wednesday, May 10th, 2023.

What will be Tithely's ChMS (Elvanto) new pricing?

Tithely's monthly subscription for ChMS Plan will be changing to $72 per month.

Will online and text-giving pricing change?

No. Tithely’s text-giving pricing is not changing at this time.

Will I be charged a prorated amount if my subscription billing cycle is not on the 10th of the month?

No. Your new subscription price will simply start on your next billing cycle that falls on or after May 10th. For example, if your billing cycle occurs on the 15th of each month, you’ll see your new subscription price of $72 reflected for your account on June 15th.

Why is the price changing?

The expenses involved in creating and maintaining church software have persistently increased. Therefore, to maintain our ability to provide a great product and continually improve our features we had to cautiously and meticulously compute a new monthly fee on our All Access and ChMS plans that would sustain us presently and in the future. Should you have any further inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

Why are you making the price increase now and not at the beginning of the year when we do our yearly budgets?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the timing of our price increase and understand your concern regarding the impact on your budget. While we strive to provide advanced notice of any price adjustments, rising costs have required a mid-year price increase. Our team works diligently to minimize the impact on our customers and we remain committed to providing you with the same exceptional products/services and support that you have come to rely on from us. I have a coupon code, will that be affected?

We want to assure you that the price increase will not impact any coupons that you have associated with your account. They will still remain active for the original coupon agreed time and will receive the same discount as before. If for any reason you believe your coupon code has been affected in error, please reach out to us. 

How will this price increase affect my existing partnership?

If you have a partnership with Tithely this should not be a part of the 10th May 2023 communication, as it is a separate agreement entirely. If for some reason you have received communication about a price increase for the 10th May 2023 and you believe you may have received it in error, please reach out to us and we can check your account status.
