Set Your Default Background Check Expiration

Setting the default expiration for background checks is a vital step in maintaining the security and integrity of your church community. By following a few simple steps within the Tithely platform, you can enhance your organization's safety protocols efficiently.

Set the Default Expiration for a Background Check

  1. Login to your Tithely Admin account.

  2. Select People from the left-hand menu.

  3. Select Settings from the People menu.

  4. Select Integrations.

     

     

  5. In the Checkr Integration, click the ⚙️ icon on the far right of the screen.

     

     

  6. Turn on the setting "Auto Expire Background Checks?".

     

     

  7. You can now adjust the duration that a background check should expire after completion. Update the duration to your preferred expiry default.

     

     

  8. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the screen.
