Set the Default Expiration for a Background Check

Login to your Tithely Admin account.

Select People from the left-hand menu.

Select Settings from the People menu.

Select Integrations.

In the Checkr Integration, click the ⚙️ icon on the far right of the screen.

Turn on the setting "Auto Expire Background Checks?".

You can now adjust the duration that a background check should expire after completion. Update the duration to your preferred expiry default.

Click Save Changes at the bottom of the screen.
