Tithely Sites offers a flexible structure to help you organize content in a clean and user-friendly way. Using Collections and Programs, you can group related content—like ministries, teams, or events—into easy-to-navigate pages. For example, you can create a Ministries Collection and list each ministry as a Program within it. This article walks you through what Collections are, how to add Programs, and how to manage them effectively. Be sure to watch the overview video for a quick walkthrough before getting started.

Add, Remove, or Update a Collection
- Login to your Tithely account and select Sites from the left menu. Or login to your site directly.
- Click on the Admin button at the top right of your website and select Content from the dropdown.
- Select Collection from the left-hand menu.
- Click the Add Collection button.
- Enter details for the new Collection:
- Name
- Subtitle
- Description
- etc.
- Save Collection. Now you can add your Programs (ie, Ministries, etc), and/or add a button to your menu.
User Permissions needed to access Sites
