Managing transactions effectively is crucial for maintaining financial transparency and accountability. In this article, we'll explore how you can use the filtering feature in Tithely Pay to streamline transaction management. From filtering by date range to searching for specific transactions, we'll walk you through the process step by step.
You can view all transactions in the Tithely Pay app within the Activity section.
To help you search for a specific transaction, Tithely Pay offers the ability to filter transactions by:
- Cardholder name
- The last 4 digits on the card
- A specific date or date range
You can search by any of the above options individually or combine them for faster results!

Please be advised that if a payment is made using Tap to pay, Google Pay, or Apple Pay, the payment method information will not be disclosed or visible.
- To search using filters, simply navigate to the Activity section from the menu in Tithely Pay.

Accessing Filtering Options

Open Filter Options: Press the filter button to the right of the “Activity” text at the top of the Activity section.

View Purchase Details: Click the white portion of any purchase to view details. Here you can send an email receipt or refund the payment.
Filter by Name or Card Number
- Open Filter Options: Access the filter options by pressing the filter button.

Enter Search Details: Type the purchaser’s name or the last 4 digits of the card number into the search field.
- Note: Only search by the last 4 digits of the card number. Searching by the entire card number will return no results.
- Initiate Search: Press the Search button on the keyboard to begin the search.
Filtering by Date
- Open Date Filtering Options: Select the calendar icon on the right side of the filter options.
- Filter by Date Range: By default, you can filter by a date range.
- Filter by Single Date: To filter by a specific date, select the Single Date option.
Clearing Filters

Clear Filters: Press the Clear button beside the Filter image at the top of the screen.
Note: The Clear button will only appear if there are currently active filters.
