Updating Your My Account Area for Admins

"My Account" is the area where those with Admin access manage their password, PIN, email, name, and other details associated with their account. Follow the steps below to learn how to update your information and reset your password in your My Account section within Tithely.

How to Access Your My Account Area

Global Settings > My Account.gif

  1. Login to your Tithely account.

  2. Click the Global Settings button (Person Icon). This is at the top right of the products screen or in the bottom-left corner of the screen.

  3. Next, click My Account.

How to Make Updates to Your My Account

The My Account section has three tabs that you manage and update: Core Info, Login Security, and Notification Settings. 

Core Information

  • Make the desired changes to your name, email address, and mobile number, and click Save.

  • Change your password and PIN and click Save

Notification Settings

Access

Only Admins who have been given access to the Finance permission in 2.0 can see these notification settings.

  • Choose which notifications you would like to receive and click Save
