How to Turn Notification Emails On/Off for my Tithely Account

Stay updated with your account's activity by configuring notification emails for various events. These personalized notifications for each admin can inform you about when a donors recurring donation has failed, provide summaries of giving activity, and alert you when deposits are made to your organization's bank account. Follow the steps outlined below to customize your notification preferences effectively.

 

Tithely Tip

There is not a notification setting for the first time donors however you can view this information by logging in and viewing the dashboard. There you can find the section 'First Time Givers' to review new donors.

 

How to Turn Notification Emails On/Off

  1. Log in to your Tithely account.
  2. Navigate to 'Global Settings' in the bottom left of your screen (represented by a Person Icon).
  3. Click on Account.
  4. Select Notification Settings.

  5. Toggle on or off the setting for any or all notifications you would like to receive.
  6. Click Save.

Notification Emails

  • Receive an email when a recurring gift fails for a donor: Triggers when a donor's recurring gift fails, and the email is sent on the same day as the failed gift.
  • Receive giving summary emails: Triggers whenever there is activity in your Tithely Giving account and provides a summary of the previous day's giving activity.
  • Receive an email when a deposit hits the organization account: Triggers when a deposit has processed and been deposited into your account.
