Tithely is the Record of Authority: Your Engiven account data is directly tied to your Tithely account. To ensure security and consistency, Engiven cannot make these changes directly upon request.
What Information This Covers: Organization Name, Physical Address, Control Person/Representative, and other legal entity details.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Update your settings in the Tithely Dashboard.
For Name/Address Changes: You can often update these yourself. Log in to Tithely, click Global Settings (person icon) > My Organization > Locations or Organization Settings.

Once all changes are made, please email security@tithe.ly directly to verify changes.
Wait for Tithely verification.
The Tithely team will verify your documents and update your master account record.
Tithely Notifies Engiven.
Once your information is verified and updated in Tithely, the Tithely Security team sends the official update request to
tithely.support@engiven.com.
Engiven Updates Your Account.
Upon receiving the official notice from Tithely, the Engiven team updates your Stock/Crypto account details the same day.
Verify the changes in Engiven.
Log in to your Engiven dashboard and click on General Settings to confirm your information has been updated.
