Engiven & Tithely Partnership: FAQs

Here are the answers to common questions about using Engiven for non-cash giving through your Tithely partnership.

Is Engiven part of Tithely?

No, Engiven is not part of Tithely. We are strong partners working together to help you receive non-cash donations.

Will I also be an Engiven customer?

Yes. You will have your own Engiven account and access to the Engiven dashboard to manage your non-cash donations.

Do I have to pay Tithely more money to use this?

No, there are no additional fees from Tithely to use the Engiven integration. The cash proceeds (less a 4% fee) are sent directly to your church through Engiven.

Will my Engiven donations be reflected in Tithely?

No, not automatically. At this time, you will need to manually enter your donation records from Engiven into Tithely.

Why should I offer non-cash giving (like cryptocurrency)?

Offering non-cash giving options, like cryptocurrency, opens up a significant new source of giving. For many donors, donating appreciated assets like crypto is a highly tax-advantaged way to give.

Many of these investors are private about their holdings, so your church may be missing out on substantial donations simply because the option isn't available.

Does Tithely offer support for Engiven?

Tithely's sales team will help you get started by providing your initial Engiven giving form links and access to your Engiven account.

However, Tithely does not provide direct technical support for the Engiven platform. For all ongoing support needs related to your Engiven account, donation processing, or technical questions, you must contact Engiven's support team.
