Following the August 21st Next event, you may have questions about Tithely 3.0 and its phased rollout. We are committed to keeping you informed, and below are answers to common questions, along with the latest progress report. Note: You cannot sign up or request to be migrated to 3.0 early. 

Q: Can I sign up to migrate to Tithely 3.0? 

A: No, you cannot sign up or request to migrate early. To ensure a smooth transition and protect the integrity of your data, we are moving existing accounts to Tithely 3.0 in carefully managed phases. We will contact you directly with plenty of notice when your church is scheduled for its upgrade.

Q: What’s the main difference between Tithely 3.0 and the current version? 

A: Tithely 3.0 unifies Tithely Giving and Breeze Church Management into one connected system. You’ll have one login, one dashboard, and seamless integration between giving, people, events, volunteers, and communications. This cuts down on software fatigue and busywork, providing a more intuitive experience.

Q: When will my church be upgraded to Tithely 3.0? 

A: All new customers are already on Tithely 3.0. For existing customers, we are migrating churches in carefully managed phases to ensure a smooth transition and maintain the highest level of integrity for your records.

Migration Progress Update:

  • Success So Far: We have successfully migrated over 4,000 churches to date and are learning so much through the process. Customers are loving the new, intuitive interface and the powerful updates to tools like the Admin Batch Giving feature.
  • Top Commitments: We know you’re eager to move over, and the transition is one of our top commitments. Our team is actively working on three key priorities:
    1. Feature Parity: Ensuring 3.0 has everything you rely on today.
    2. Data Accuracy: Maintaining the highest level of integrity to your records.
    3. Providing New Value: Delivering features that enhance your experience.
  • Not Missing Out: While you wait, please know you are still receiving the same attention and care, including all the latest feature releases, bug fixes, and improvements in your current product.
  • Next Steps: When it's the right time for your organization, we will migrate you over seamlessly. You will receive plenty of notice before your specific upgrade date. Note: You cannot sign up or request to be migrated to 3.0 early. 

Q: Will we lose any of our existing data during migration? 

A: No. Data accuracy is a top priority. All your existing people data, giving history, and other key records will be carried over securely into Tithely 3.0.

Q: Do we need to retrain our staff to use Tithely 3.0? 

A: We’ve designed Tithely 3.0 to be intuitive. Additionally, we’ll provide guided onboarding, webinars, and help articles to get your team up to speed quickly and effectively.

Q: Does Tithely 3.0 cost extra? 

A: No, there’s no additional cost for the upgrade. Your current plan pricing stays the same—you’ll just get more powerful features in one place.
