Quick Guide: The Pendo Feedback Badge 
What You Need to Know: In some cases a megaphone icon, a tool for collecting targeted product feedback, will appear. It is not replacing the standard feedback light bulb, however do to limitations it may take the place of the lightbulb on some pages.
Key Facts
- What it is: The Megaphone Icon is a "Pendo Badge," a new tool for collecting highly specific user feedback on the exact page you are viewing.
- Why it's in the Giving Dashboard: It is used here because a technical limitation prevents the standard feedback light bulb from being displayed.
- The Light Bulb is NOT Going Away: The feedback light bulb will remain the primary tool for submitting general feedback in all other areas of the platform.
- Future Use: You may see this megaphone badge appear temporarily in other areas as Product Managers seek targeted feedback on specific features or workflows.
- All Feedback is Centralized: All feedback submitted via the megaphone badge is sent to the same place as feedback from the light bulb (Pendo Listen).
