If you’ve finished using Kiosk Mode for check-in and need to return your device to regular use, follow the steps below based on your device type. These instructions will help you exit Guided Access (on iPad) or App Pinning (on Android) and safely close out of Kiosk Mode.
Tithely Tip: The passcode required to exit Kiosk Mode on an iPad is device-specific—it’s the one you created when setting up Guided Access. This is not your Tithely account passcode.
On iPad:

Triple-click the lock button (on the side of the iPad).

When prompted, enter your Guided Access passcode.

Tap End in the top left corner.

Close the browser tab with Kiosk Mode open.
On Android:

Swipe up and hold on your screen to exit App Pinning.

Unlock your device when returned to the lock screen.

Close the browser tab with Kiosk Mode open.
