Connecting Your Tithely Site and Breeze Account

Summary: This guide is for users who have an active Tithely Site and a separate Breeze account and wish to combine their billing. By following these steps, you will link your accounts, move your Sites subscription billing into Tithely, and be able to access your Site directly from your Breeze navigation.


Before You Begin

  • You must be the Account Owner in your Breeze ChMS account. No other permission level can complete this process.
  • You will need the login credentials for both your Breeze and Tithely accounts.

Part 1: Link Your Breeze and Tithely Accounts

  1. Log into your Breeze account as the Account Owner.
  2. Navigate to More > Extensions.
  3. In the "Breeze & Tithely" banner at the top, click the Enable Account button.
  4. The system will search for a matching Tithely account. When found, it will display a confirmation message. Click Confirm to proceed.
  5. You will be redirected to the Tithely login page. Sign in with your Tithely credentials to authorize the connection.
  6. After logging in, you will see a success message and be returned to the Extensions page in Breeze. Your accounts are now linked.

Part 2: Combine Your Tithely Site Billing

Now that your accounts are linked, you will initiate the billing connection. This process involves clicking 'Purchase' but ❗ you will not be charged again or create a duplicate subscription.

  1. In your Breeze account, navigate back to More > Extensions.
  2. Find the Tithely Sites extension and click the Purchase button.
  3. Do not worry, you will not be making a new purchase. The system is designed to detect your existing Tithely Site subscription.
  4. Instead of a checkout page, you will see an option to connect your existing site. Follow the prompts to confirm the connection.
  5. Once confirmed, your billing is officially combined. You will now manage your Sites subscription through your Tithely billing portal.

What to Expect After Connecting

  • Simplified Access: A Sites button will now appear in your main Breeze navigation menu. Clicking this will automatically log you into your Tithely Sites admin dashboard (Single Sign-On).
  • Centralized Billing: Your Tithely Sites subscription billing is now managed within Tithely. When you navigate to Bills and Payment in Breeze, you will be directed to your Tithely billing portal. All invoices and payment methods for your combined subscriptions will be managed there.

  • I don't see the 'Enable Account' button in Breeze. This button may not appear if your accounts are already linked, or if you are not logged in as the official Account Owner in Breeze. Please verify your permission level.
  • I'm afraid to click 'Purchase.' Will I be double-billed? No. This is a required step to trigger the system to look for an existing subscription. Our system is designed to detect your active Tithely Site and will not create a duplicate charge. It will prompt you to connect the existing site instead.
  • The system didn't find my Tithely account during the linking process. This can happen if the account details (organization name, address, etc.) are very different. Please contact our support team, and they can assist with manually linking the accounts.
