Adding Additional Site Users and Permissions via Breeze

Are you looking to extend your team's capabilities in managing your Tithely Site directly from your Breeze account? If you're looking to empower specific team members as site administrators within Breeze to manage your Tithely Site effectively, Account owners can directly assign 'Sites Admin' permissions to users. When the assigned users log in to their Breeze accounts, they will find "Sites" in their topbar navigation, which grants them access to the admin side of your Tithely Site.

Grant a User Sites Admin Permissions

You must be an Account Owner in order to assign Site Admin permissions. 

If you need to add a new user first before assigning Site Admin permissions, follow the steps outlined in Creating a New User.

  1. From your Breeze Dashboard, Select Account Settings.
  2. Click Users & Roles. By default, the Users column is selected.
  3. Click the pencil icon next to the user you'd like to edit
  4. Under the permissions area, select the checkbox next to Sites Admin.

  5. Click the Update User button at the bottom to save your changes.

Accessing the Site


  • First Time Access: When a user is assigned Site Admin permissions and selects "Sites" from the topbar navigation in Breeze for the first time, the user will be prompted to verify their email address. This ensures secure access and is a one-time process. They will receive an email containing a verification link. Clicking this link confirms their identity and links their Breeze account to the Tithely Site admin role.

    • Upon successful email verification, the user will automatically gain access to the admin side of the Tithely Site.

    • They will be logged in with administrator privileges, ready to manage site settings and content.

  • Ongoing Access: Simply click Sites in the main navigation bar to be directed to the admin side of your Tithely Site. 
    • To return to Breeze, click on the Breeze logo at the far left of the interface.
