Steps to View Your Donor Giving History
- Log In to your donor account and select History (in the top menu options). Note: Your Giving History is specific to the church Form you are currently viewing. If you've donated to other churches, you will need to access their respective Giving Forms to review contributions made to them.
- View Your 30 Most Recent Donations: Upon accessing the History page, you will find a comprehensive list of your 30 most recent donations, if available. Each entry in the list provides important details about your contributions.
- Details Displayed for Each Donation: For every donation listed, you can view the following essential information:
- Recurring Cadence: If applicable, you'll see the frequency of your recurring donations (e.g., "Given Monthly").
- Fund Designation: This indicates the specific fund or cause to which your donation was directed.
- Donation Date: The date on which you made the contribution.
- Donation Amount: The amount you donated for the selected contribution.
- Payment Method: The payment method used for making the donation (e.g., Credit Card, Bank Account).
- View Older Donations: Should you wish to access donation records beyond the 30 most recent entries, simply scroll to the bottom of the page and click Load More. This will load additional historical donation data for your review.
- Filtering Donations: To focus on specific types of donations, use the toggle located at the top of the History section. You can choose between viewing All Gifts, One-Time donations or Recurring donations, depending on your preferences.
