Step-by-Step Instructions
Email our support team at support@tithe.ly. Request that the accidental administrator account be completely deleted from the system.
Wait for confirmation from our support team that the accidental account has been removed.

Can I just change my admin account into a donor account myself? No. Admin accounts and donor accounts have entirely different system structures and permissions. To prevent security and data reporting issues, the accidental admin account must be wiped clean by our support team first.
Will deleting the admin account delete my giving history? If you just signed up for the wrong account, there shouldn't be any giving history attached to it yet. Once support removes the incorrect account and you create a proper donor account, all of your future donations will be safely tracked on your true donor profile.
