What is Tithely Tap?
Tithely Tap uses physical disks that people can tap with their smartphones to be instantly redirected to a specific URL (like a giving form, connection card, or event registration).

Accessing the Dashboard:
Navigate to the Tithely 2.0 Dashboard. On the bottom right of the screen, you will see a section labeled TAP.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Stage 1: Ordering Tap Disks
If you are a new customer or need more disks, follow these steps to place an order.
Open the Tap Dashboard by clicking TAP on the bottom right of your screen.
Click the Order Tap Disks button.
Select Your Product: Choose between Pre-made, Custom, or a Sample Pack.
Configure Your Order:
Screw Holes: Select Yes or No.
Location: Select which campus or location these are for.
Create Batches: Define how you want to split your order (e.g., "Lobby - 50 disks" linking to Google, "Coffee Shop - 10 disks" linking to YouTube).
Tax Exemption: If applicable, check the box to upload your 501(c)(3) certificate.
Checkout: Enter your shipping and payment details to complete the purchase.
Stage 2: Processing Time
Once you place an order, the data does not appear instantly in your dashboard.
Wait Time: Please allow 3 to 4 days for your new batches to populate in your Tap Dashboard.
Production: If you ordered Custom disks, you will receive print proofs for approval before production begins.
Stage 3: Managing & Editing Batches
Once your order has been processed and appears in your dashboard, you can edit where the disks point.
View Batches: Your dashboard will show each batch (e.g., "Lobby," "Coffee Shop"), the quantity of disks, and the current redirect link.
Edit a Link: Click on the specific batch you want to change.
Click Edit Batch Details.
Enter the new Redirect URL (e.g., change from Google to your church's YouTube channel).
Click Save.
Security Verification: For security, a code will be sent to your email. Enter this code to confirm the change.
Success: Your disks are now updated. Anyone tapping the disks in that batch will be taken to the new URL immediately.
Granting Access to Limited Users
If a staff member (Limited Access User) needs to manage Tap links but not the whole account, an Admin must manually grant permission.
- Navigate to My Organization (click the user icon/avatar).
- Select the Admin User tab.
- Find the specific user (e.g., Jeremy Bush) and click Settings > Edit Permissions.
- Scroll down to TAP.
- Check the box to enable access.
- Click Save Changes.
Troubleshooting & FAQs
- Why don't I see my order in the dashboard immediately? The system currently requires a manual processing period to populate your database with the batch data. Your order will appear within 3 to 4 days.
- Can I reorder more disks for an existing batch? Yes. Click into the specific batch on your dashboard, and you will see an option to "Reorder premade disks" specifically for that group.
- How do I get help? On the left side of the Tap Dashboard, click Help and Support.
