Summary: Learn how to access your individual donation receipts, troubleshoot missing emails, and understand the process for receiving annual tax statements and correcting errors.
Before You Begin
Canadian Donors: Please note that according to Canadian tax law, email receipts sent through Tithely may not serve as official tax receipts.
Tax Receipts vs. Transaction Receipts: Tithely sends automatic receipts for individual gifts. Annual tax receipts are issued directly by your church or organization, not Tithely.
