Step-by-Step Instructions

1.  Navigate to the Text Giving page. 

Access the page, typically found under the Giving section of your app, where you will find the embedded verification intake form.

2.  Complete and Submit the Verification Intake Form

Review the pre-filled organizational details, complete any missing required information, and submit the form to initiate the verification process.

3.  Receive the Confirmation Email

Once your submission is received, you will automatically receive an email confirming your submission and providing a Ticket Number.

4.  Check your Verification Status Online.

You can check the current status of your submission at any time using the unique Ticket Number you received in the confirmation email. Key statuses you will see include: 

  • Under Review (Your submission is being processed internally.) 

  • Submitted to Twilio (Your submission has been sent to the carrier for approval.) 

  • Approved (Your Text Giving number is now verified and active.)

5.  Receive the Final Email Confirmation. 
When your submission is officially Approved, you will receive a final email notification confirming that your Text Giving phone number is fully verified and ready for use.
