Photos Tutorial - App Dashboard

The photos section of your app allows you to share content with your church. This is a great way to recap events or other life events at your church and share them with your members. In this article, we will cover how to add photos and create albums for your app. 

Adding Photos To The App

1. Log into Tithely as an Admin. 
2. Select Apps.
3. Select Photos.
   

   Note: Photos must be added to an album.

4. Select New Album.
5. Enter a Title.
6. Enter a Date.
   Note: We recommend leaving Same Newsfeed Date/Time selected. 
7. Enter an Album Description.
8. Select Next.
9. Upload your images.
   
   • Add New
     
     1. Select Add New.
     2. Select the images from the pop-up window.
     3. Select Open.
     4. Once images appear on the screen select the Blue Upload Option.
        Note: Select the red option to discard the image.
   • Drag And Drop
     
     
     1. Locate your image on your desktop.
        Note: In the video above we are using a mac and dragging our image from the downloads folder.
     2. Select and hold the image until you can drag the image across your screen. 
     3. Drop (Release your mouse) once a green plus sign appears and you are hovering the image over the Tithely page. 
     4. Allow the image to upload. 
     5. Once images appear on the screen select the Blue Upload Option.
        Note: Select the red option to discard the image.
10. Select View Album.
11. Select Edit to edit the Album details.
12. Select Add to add additional images.
13. Select Sort to rearrange the order of the images.
14. Select the Grey Check Mark to make an image the Album cover. 
15. Select the Grey X to delete an image.
