If you're looking to manage your recurring donations effectively, this guide will show you how to view failed recurring donations in your Tithely account. Failed donations can be quickly identified and addressed using these steps, ensuring a seamless giving experience for your donors.

Tithely Tip
If a recurring gift fails, don't worry! Our system automatically retries the donation six times, sticking to the recurring schedule. For example, a weekly gift will be retried weekly for six weeks. If the gift remains unsuccessful after these attempts, it will be canceled. This approach ensures both donors and administrators stay informed and stress-free.
Also note that churches are not charged a fee when a donation fails.

View Failed Recurring Donations

Login to your Tithely account.

Choose Recurring Giving from the Giving menu on the left-hand side of the page.

Click the Filter button to select filters.

Click on the checkbox next to the Status filter.

Click Failed from the Choose an Option drop-down box that generates once you've selected Status.

Click Apply to filter transactions to view all failed donations.
A list of failed recurring donations will be displayed.
